I'm dreaming of an Iced Christmas

It's Christmas time so what kind of cupcakes would you expect me to be making. These are red velvet cupcakes with buttercream frosting. These were so much fun to decorate. I made some for my Christmas party at work, and then the other half are for my Christmas party at church. Hope everyone thinks there yummy!

Calling all Princesses - Big and Small

I made this cake for my niece Delaney's 3rd birthday. Like most girls her age, she loves the Disney princesses. I wanted to make her something unique and not like any ordinary princess cake you might find at your local supermarket. So this is not just a cake for a princess, it's a cake fit for princess Delaney. Happy Birthday Delaney!
